How long does the "diet" last?
We don't really look at the program as a diet, but rather healthy eating that resets your metabolism.
Depending on how much weight you want to lose, you'll choose a 20-day or a 40-day program that allows ou to choose from a healthy food list during Phase 1. Phase 1 will last either 20 days or 40 days .... completely your decision.
We've had many people lose weight on a 20-day program, then repeat the 20-day again at a later date to shed more pounds. The program is completely customizable to your individual needs and lifestyle.
Do I have to exercise?
We actually prefer that you do not overly exert yourself during Phase 1 of weight loss. We'd rather your body repair cells via healthy foods and nutrient supplement during this time. After Phase 2, we encourage exercise, but it's not required for the program to work.
Is it safe?
Absolutely. Dr. Ammon has worked with hundreds of patients and coaches over the last several years. If you have concerns, as with any new program, please check with your doctor.
Do I have to change my lifestyle?
Not really. Of course, alcohol has unhealthy calories and so does sugar. In Phase 1, you'll need to cut these out for 20 or 40 days, depending on your goals.
You don't have to change who you are, just become a better version of yourself.
Why do I have to use Reliv-specific supplements?

Will the program interfere with my medications?
Not at all. Our supplements are patented as food, so adding them to your daily regimen is the same as adding something like broccoli. Again, if you are concerned, check with your doctor.
