8-Hour Window

We've found that an 8-hour window of eating is optimum for re-setting the metabolism and shedding pounds.

Limited Exercise

This is a time for cell repair and rejuvenation. We do not want you over exerting your body during this phase, but rather give it time to adjust to health fuel. Stretching, moderate yoga, pilates, etc. are all fine, just nothing to break a big sweat.

Lots of Water

Of course, water is the source of all good health. You will need plenty of water on a daily basis.
